It’s Game One of the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs. This occasion calls for super fancy Longair burgers: heirloom tomatoes; organic meat, lettuce, buns and condiments. Hand formed patties as always. The giant yellow thing is a tomato not cheese. I had a slice of mozza in there somewhere. It has been a while since a Longair burger defeated me. Today it won.
